(MRS.) GBEMI-OGUNLEYE, PHILOMENA, F is a graduate of the University of Lagos where she obtained a Bachelor of Education (English) B.Ed and Masters of Education (Guidance and Counselling) M.Ed. in 1999 and 2011 respectively. She holds the Masters of Library and Information Science(MLS) degree from the University of Ibadan (2004) and Masters of Philosophy(MPhil) in Information Resources Management from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun state Nigeria (2017) and the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees also from Babcock University. Phil’ works in the Reference Section of University of Lagos Library and a Liaison Librarian to the College of Medicine. Her Research interest includes information resources management, library use, information technology, information services provision and library administration/human capital developments. Phil’ is a Chartered Librarian (LRCN) and member of Nigeria Library Association. Her works have appeared in journals of Library and information studies and knowledge management and she has attended various conferences and workshops.Re
