Adefunke Olanike ALABI is a Senior Librarian at the University of Lagos Library. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Her research interest covers Information Management, Library services to children, e-learning, environmental sustainability, open access and indigenous knowledge. Dr. Alabi is passionate about research, and recently completed her postdoctoral scholarship at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. She has published her articles in reputable local and international journals and presented her research in academic and professional conferences.  She was a recipient of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Award (American Libraries) in 2012.
